Please apply here :- shorturl.at/foCFV-As a Payroll Specialist at GreatDay, you are responsible to ensure all payment processing are done accurately and on a timely basis according to the scheduled payment dates.-Ensure all payment processing tasks are in compliance and aligned with internal and external audit control expectations.-Drive KPI payment metric against goals.-Work independently with partner bank and IT team for closure whenever there is any payment related issue.-To liaise and collaborate with internal and external customers on any payment inquiries.-You are also required to do the testing for our HRIS system which is launching soon by processing payroll and check if the calculations are accurate.
-Possessed tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or professional degree in Accounting.-Minimum one year of working experience in accounting field or MNC environment.-Excellent analytical skills.-Ability to work under pressure to support cross functional departments.-Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and Word.-Hands on experience in computer accounting systems, Excel and PowerPoint will be a plus.-Good experience in payment processing and systems.-It would be great if you have experience in processing Singapore and Hong Kong payroll.-Complete and updated knowledge of the labour laws and statutory contribution i.e. tax, leaves, EPF, SOCSO etc will be an added advantage.-A strict adherence to company policies.-A motivated Payroll Specialist with good communication skills.
