Onboarding of new employee by processing their paperwork, creating an employee code, login to all systems and capturing all details needed for the pay run. Calculation of final salary payment for leavers which include leave encashment, expense claims and pro-rated base salary. Keeping up to date on internal transfer and promotion within the company. Ensuring that all necessary documentation is kept in an orderly manner for audit purposes. The Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Payroll Accountant role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry industry. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders The Employer Our client is a boutique business advisory firm specialising in services designed to cater to start-ups, SMEs and mid-size corporations.
