Payroll Officer (Manufacturing) - Ulu Tiram

Assist in Payroll Management. I.e Update attendance, leave records, Overtime, Medical claim & personal particular- Responsible for Direct Labour hiring, Employee Relations and Employee Welfare- Organize and coordinate employee's relation activities and company event- Responsible on employee disciplinary action related matter- Responsible overall office administrative duties such as travel arrangement, purchasing, transport arrangement and etc- Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time- Ensure systematic filling system**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
