As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team remotely.Position Overview:Key Responsibilities:Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and tax regulations.Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, earnings, and employee information.Handle payroll-related inquiries from clients and resolve any issues promptly.Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements, using payroll softwareCollaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.Register and manage submissions to EPF and other relevant statutory boards.Handle monthly submissions to EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory bodies.Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and tax regulations.Experience with registration and monthly submissions to EPF and other statutory boards.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Certification in payroll management is a plus.What We Offer:Opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environmentProfessional growth and development opportunities.How to Apply:Join Us:If you are a dedicated payroll professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
