The candidate is responsible to fully support the financial reporting team in IFRS 17 implementation from end to end, in particular, testing. This role will work closely with the Actuarial team and regional office as well.

Assist in all IFRS17 related submissions, required by BNM and regional office.
Assist in performing accounting gap assessment and proposed adjustment.
Assist in solution design and providing requirement for system changes including testing.
Assist in assessing of IFRS 17 impact to COA and coordinating changes with General Ledger team including testing
Assist in preparing pro-forma accounts, update of accounting policies and disclosures requirements Assist in designing report and compiling requirement of reporting and designing analysis.
Assist in the review and update of existing SOP and creation of new SOP where necessary.
Support the information request and co-ordination with actuarial team, regional office and project team. Other ad-hoc/regulatory activities deemed necessary to support the project functions
