Facilities & Benefits- **Customer Service Allowance/ Shift Allowance/ KPI allowance/ Language Allowance.**:- Fully equipped gym with aerobics studio & shower facilities.- Rest & relax area (pool, football, etc).- We are located nearby shopping malls and housing area.- **Training will be provided.****Responsibilities**:- Handling incoming calls and enquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation.- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.- Always work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.**Requirements**:- **FRESH GRADUATES (Diploma) (Degree) are encouraged to apply.**:- SPM Level with minimum 1-2 years customer service/ sale experience- Must be able to communicate **FLUENT** and write well in **ENGLISH**.- Ability to speak in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.- **Willing to work on rotational shift basis (including weekends and Public Holiday).
