Responsibilities • Strategy and Planning • Contributes to the execution of operational objectives for the generalist HR function • Policy, Process and Procedures • Assist with developing, streamlining and implementation of new policies, processes and procedures to meet business needs • Provide interpretation and advice to the business regarding policies, process and procedures • Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus • Build effective internal relationship with staff and management team throughmunication strategies, workshops and participation inpany's activities, in order to be a trusted advisor • Work with client groups to build and implement HR solutions in line with business needs • Build effective external relationship with relevanternment authorities including labor department, training and development department and other HR personnels in the same industry by participation in seminars, workshops, group activities conducted by local Association • Technical Performance • Influence, advise, educate and coach line management to manage their people effectively and increase people performance • Organize and/or participate projects that impact on people • Research issues and develop rmendations to resolve business issues • Maintain staff training record • Coordinate with training service providers for training enrollment and registration • Provide assistant to direct manager as required in respect of staff training and development • People Management • May supervise, coach / mentor junior HR staff (if any) Preferredpetencies/Skills • Relationship management and influencing skills • Consulting and negotiation skills Preferred Education Specifics • Relevant tertiary qualification Preferred Experience • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources Preferred Knowledge • Fundamental knowledge of HR organizational policies and practices • Fundamental knowledge of Thai labor law and other employment regulations QBE Cultural DNA Everything we do at QBE is underpinned by our DNA (which interlinks seven cultural elements) and happy to discuss about flexible working - because we know it's not just what we do that matters, it's how we do it that makes the difference.
