Your OpportunityJoin us as a People Coordinator and be part of the Asia Pacific HR family that aims to be agile and innovative in order to add value to the organization and enhance work experience for our people. You will report to a regional manager based in Singapore and support a lean and dynamic hybrid-remote team.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the team’s point of contact for organization design or employee experience queries, and routing those requiring further investigation through the proper team members or HR teams for resolution
- Proactively track and follow through with queries or work assigned
- Maintain content quality and accuracy, and serve as guardian of controlled documents
- Download, consolidate, clean, and organize data from systems
- Build survey with Microsoft Forms
- Enhance communication materials with simple charts and visual using available tools such as PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Collect and compare information via desk research to support external benchmarking
- Support the manager and team on administrative activities, including scheduling, claims review, purchases, and minute taking
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Enjoy working with data and learning use systems and technological tools
- Team player who works well independently in a fast-paced environment
- Appetite for continuous learning
