THE ARNOTT'S GROUP ASIA BUSINESS IN MALAYSIA Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.
They join The Arnott's Group's portfolio of brands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand's favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia.
Position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Job Responsibilities: 1.Business Partnering & Experience Manage the whole employment lifecycle's touchpoint from entry to exit. Implement HR initiatives that balance and meet the needs of the people as well as the needs of the organization – from the perspective of talent building. Improving the employees experience by sharpening the P&C's standard process, activations & deliverables. To support change management activations, based on P&CBP Lead strategy. 2.Employee Lifecycle Leadership Learning plan & calendar : Re-skilling and upskilling: Identify development needs with alignment to business objectives MyVoice – E2E activation Disciplinary maintenance strategy, activation & processes. Drive effective communications strategy & activation – Plant-wide comm, Townhalls, etc. 3.Data & Documentation Management Employee files, confidential data management, employee's correspondence & reporting. 4.Talent Acquisition Talent acquisition for Non-Salaried employees – with collaboration with TA COE. Accountable for onboarding program. 5.Training & Development Talent development & GMP compliance training & calendar, manage, coordinate training for new employee & documentation. Manage PO & HRDF. Manage monthly GMP inspection on P&C related services. GMP Document controlled Key Requirements For Successful Applicant: University Degree in Human Resources / Economics / Social Sciences or any related discipline Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity in an MNC environment, preferably from plant & fast moving industries Young and ambitious talent, proactive and able to work with minimum supervision Good communication skill with people from different background Fluency in written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia This role will be based in PJ plant office
