You will be responsible to create and implement programs related to employee experience, talent development and business process improvement.**Responsibilities and Tasks**- Overall site coordinator for talent development and people engagement program in partnership with global learning, workforce development and wellbeing team, including short-term/long term planning, event coordination and closure.- Work closely with Site Business Leaders to identify and execute strategies to elevate workplace experience, enhance employee engagement and career development.- Support HR Business Partner and Program Management Office (PMO) in People related programs (for e.g., Employee Pulse Survey, Rewards & Performance Management, Leadership Development program, rewards & recognition program, Corporate Social Responsibility, etc.).- Facilitates internal communication channels, ensuring information flow within the factory is efficient and aligned with corporate messaging.- Manage the People Council forum which serves as a platform to secure management support and decision in launching people engagement related initiatives.- Manage sitewide All Team Members Townhall to cascade the latest business strategies and update to Team Members- Support Organizational Change Management activities for business functions to elevate the outcome of successful change.- Performs people related reporting and data compilation as requested by Business Partners/Analysts.**Requirements**:- Degree or Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and build trusting relationship with stakeholders.- Ability to interpret data and transform those insights into measurable strategies- Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work both independently and as a team.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel**About Micron Technology, Inc.**All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.Micron Prohibits the use of child labor and complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and other international and industry labor standards.
