We are a growth organization with a high focus on developing our people.Let's talk about the role:Execute complex and time sensitive system data maintenance and administrative activities in support of HR Business Processes.Monitor and answer inquiries that requires research in our case management system.Be a relentless improver by identifying opportunities to continually improve ways of working and the employee experience.Actively lead and participate in the development and implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives.Provide guidance and advisory to People Experience Team.Participate and occasionally lead small but important project work as needed by stakeholders to meet the People Team's strategic direction.Be up to date on Global and country specific processes, and contribute to the update of the relevant documentation (Work Instruction, SOP)Partner with Business Partner/Advisor, Payroll, Recruiting, to resolve manager and employee questions within defined timelines.Monitor and ensure operations according to KPIs and SLAsDisplay high integrity on the job and comply with ResMed guidelines, including data privacy rules and regulation.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Let's talk about you:2-3 years of Human Resources experienceDegree in Human Resources or related field considered an assetA desire to strong customer centric mindset to provide exceptional and personal employee experience with a sense of urgencyExcellent written, oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of organization.Logical thinker who can assess a situation and provide the right balance of empathy, urgency, and diagnostic of next stepsProactive in taking ownership to resolve situations by being resourceful to provide exceptional employee experience.Enthusiastic to learn, and excited by the opportunities new challenges provide.A strong sense of business ethics and integrity including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.Assesses situational and organizational dynamics along with competing activities has strong business acumen and functional knowledgeStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple functions and projects simultaneouslyAbility to work well under pressure, flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations; resilientBuilds partnerships and strong working relationships with internal stakeholdersHaving a growth mindset with desire to work in a high caliber team and strive for exceptionally high-quality service delivery High attention to detail and focus on data integrity to ensure that the accuracy and completeness of data is maintained at all times in Workday Experience in Workday or other HR Systems.Ability to read and write in Mandarin/Korean/German/French will be an added advantage.Joining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
