Job Responsibilities:- Assist in engaging internal stakeholders and obtain their support for execution of activities.- Assist in evaluating the company's culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made in order to improve employee satisfaction.- Helping managers develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other methods.- Determining best ways to engage employees, such as through contests or recognition programs.- Prepare and execute communication materials on social media and others as aligned with the communication plan.- Prepare the necessary training materials with the support of functional specialists.- Perform analysis and support execution of action plans post change initiatives.- Ensure the support of relevant support functions to ensure operational objectives and deliverables are achieved.Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in human resources, customer service, psychology or a related field.- 1-2 years of experience in cultural and organizational development, employee engagement or learning and development.- Fluent verbal and written in English and Malay.- Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills as you may be required to communicate frequently with employees, managers, executives and other stakeholders.- High empathy to understand the stakeholders' perspective, improve employee satisfaction, which often involves identifying the source of dissatisfaction and developing solutions to improve employee morale.- Knowledge in Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel is preferred.- Experienced in content creation and social media engagement is preferred.- Experienced in internal or external improvement initiatives (not limited to features/program rollout) would be an advantage.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday
