We're looking for more bright minds who'd love to change the world by solving complex problems.   What you'll do: Monitor and perform data entry in HRIS to ensure accuracy and kept as an in-the-moment source of truth.   Schedule and coordinate meetings and training sessions as and when required.  Organise documentations in Notion and other relevant platforms for accessibility, which includes content updates following new project and incentive launches.  Conduct quarterly audits across various People platforms to ensure consistency and reliability of our data.  Provide support for projects that require maintenance of data and system, i.e. Performance Reviews.   Support with ad-hoc tasks as and when required, which will be inline with the business needs.   Who you are: Proficiency in data analytics with a demonstrated ability to interpret data effectively.   Preferably experienced in working with HRIS platforms to manage employee data and workflow.  Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Hibob or similar softwares.   Relevant certifications or studies within Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields would be advantageous but not mandatory.   Our Benefits Osome grows alongside you, but we already have a few perks: Competitive salary Multi-cultural environment to enhance your global perspective.
