Hiring process - work with recruiter to ensure medical & background check all passed, Offer Letter issuance & acceptance- Bond signing's briefing- Workday ("WD") movement - relocation, promotion, confirmation, probation extension: Verifies job movements; transfer, re-designation, promotion, salary adjustment, acceptance of resignation in a timely manner.- Exit process formalities, i.e WD termination, exit interview- Provides report/information requires by higher management- Track and report key employees' behaviours with an objective of increasing employee engagement- Facilitate communication and buy-in of selected People & Culture Department's policies, processes and initiatives- Manages disciplinary issues which includes handling grievances and disciplinary cases up to recommendation for disciplinary action and Domestic Inquiry (DI)**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
