This role involves providing guidance to navigate our end-to-end people processes confidently and efficiently. You must be adaptable, offering tailored solutions as needed and as a trusted advisor, this role is expected to deliver practical and business-oriented HR advice and coaching across all organisational levels. Additionally, you will efficiently execute essential HR tasks to meet business requirements accurately. This role is pivotal in offering guidance across a spectrum of HR matters, ensuring policy compliance, nurturing positive employee relationships, and contributing to the overall organisational success. You should possess an in-depth understanding of HR practices, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach- **As a People Solutions Specialist you will**:- Manage the execution of payroll within the region (Malaysia & Singapore) with the appointed vendor in compliance with local legislations.- Manage and administer local country benefits/perks offerings (i.e. insurance enrolment and termination, leave management, petrol card)- Serves as the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactor) system administrator and accountable to maintain accurate HR database and employee records.- Provide first level advice and guidance on HR matters relating to pay, leave and benefits. Resolve queries within the standard service level agreements.- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, suggesting innovative solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness by keeping up to date on labour laws, regulations, and best practices.- Support the submission of regulatory and appointed surveys.- Support activities relating to regulatory and audit related matters.
