Role Overview Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with overall business goals, emphasizing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Lead and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance using advanced analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations for improvement. Take ownership of the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization to maximize ROI. Make informed decisions based on campaign performance and business priorities. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated performance marketing strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Implement innovative strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization throughout the customer journey. Implement data-driven changes to enhance overall campaign performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, demonstrating successful leadership in developing and executing performance marketing strategies. In-depth knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Youtube Ads). Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Creative mindset with a strategic approach to performance marketing.
