1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager to achieve marketing objectives.2. Strategize and implement ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Display Network, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.3. Conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors, and utilize this data to create highly targeted ad campaigns.4. Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ad placements, bidding strategies, and creative elements to improve key performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).5. Knows how to utilize GA4 for data analytics and have in-depth experience in setting up of Google Tag Manager.8. Collaborate well with team members that are in design, marketing, accounts management, content to align digital advertising strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.9. Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven experiments to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and performance improvement.10. Stay informed about emerging digital advertising trends, new ad formats, and industry innovations, and assess their relevance and potential for incorporation into our advertising efforts.11. Maintain relationships with advertising platform representatives or KOLs, staying in touch with their latest offerings, and capitalizing on ongoing trends.**Qualifications**1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field with at least 3 years working experience2. Proven hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager3. In-depth knowledge of ad targeting options, bidding strategies, and performance optimization techniques on these platforms.4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.5. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to track campaign performance and measure conversions.6. Comfortable with Google Tags Manager along with setting up Tags, Triggers and Variables.7. Excellent understanding of digital advertising metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.8. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.9. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.10.
