Manage the Chairman's schedule and calendar, including scheduling meetings,appointments, and travel arrangements.- Accompany the Chairman to business meetings and trips, take notes and provideadministrative support as needed.- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for the Chairman on business-related matters.- Assist with the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, vendors, and partners.- Monitor and follow up on work matters and provide updates and recommendations to the Chairman as needed.- Provide advice and support to the Chairman on business dealings and negotiations.- Ensure that all communication to and from the Chairman is handled in a professional and timely manner.- Manage confidential information and documents related to the Chairman's work.- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman.**Required Experience**:- Strong and excellent skill in Power Point and Excel- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or a similar role supporting senior executives.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.- Added point if able to manage social media platforms and website as well as create online advertisements for different platforms**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary
