Work duties:- Recording minutes of meeting and other relevant administrative work- Taking order and completing daily task in a given time period accurately and punctually- Maintain a proper and systematic filing & work system and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval if required- Consistently ready to undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the management**Requirements**:- Responsible- Possess own transport vehicle, can drive- Flexible working venue 1-2 days per week, in a cafe, office or own home- Own laptop or iPad- Social media management skills or experience is a plus- Good written skills & well-versed in English and Bahasa**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Cell phone reimbursement- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Personal Assistant: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
