Calendar Management: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments, ensuring the Manager's availability and avoiding any overlaps.- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Prepare itineraries and manage expense reports post-travel.- Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the Manager and internal/external stakeholders.- Expense Management: Track and report the Manager's expenses. Process expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement.- Research: Conduct preliminary research on potential clients, partners, or industry trends and provide summaries to the Manager.- Document Preparation: Draft letters, presentations, and reports as required by the Manager.- Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality concerning all sensitive information.- Follow-ups: Ensure timely execution of tasks by following up with respective departments or external agencies/partners.- Backup Support: Provide backup support to other administrative staff during peak times or leave periods.- Technology Assistance: Basic troubleshooting of office equipment like printers, phones, and computers, and coordinating with IT for more complex issues**Requirements**:- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.- Loyalty, Careful & High Responsibilities.- Able to works well with Computer tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheet & etc.- Able to work in Kulim.- Minimum Requirement Diploma in any field.- Full-Time Only.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
