Details of the offer

Undertaking as point of contact between Chief Executive Officer & Head of Departments. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the superior to provide assistance and support. Supporting with administrative task such as filling documents. Organizing events and conferences. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Perform any miscellaneous tasks as required by superior. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
