Details of the offer

Any ad-hoc tasks or projects given by superior.- Handling and monitoring new project progress as mission project coordinator.- Organizing and maintaining office tasks and HR and admin matter.- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.- Liaising with clients, suppliers, office maintaining wise and other staff.- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.- Working closely with management to taking on some of the management responsibilities.**; Requirements**:- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.- Good organizational and time management skills.- The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.- Excellent interpersonal skills writing, good in social media.- The ability to work on your own initiative, honesty and reliability.- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.- Require Outstation occasionally, stay in accommodation available with teams.- Able to speak and write Mandarin and English.- Handle director personal matter.
