**Job Responsibilities-**- Proven 6+ years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or similar role.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Adept at handling multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong research and analytical skills.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications or related field.- Experience working in an international business environment is an advantage.- Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize internal and external meetings.- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other materials for meetings.- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.- Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, hotel accommodations, itinerary and transportation.- Assist in preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other documents.- Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information for the CEO's review.- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.- Handle all complex logistics requirements.- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.- Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers.- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
