Key Responsibilities:
Undertake project work and administration to support ongoing business development and group communications, including collating information, formatting documentation, organizing meetings and developing presentations. Responsible for assisting the Director to handle the company's business work and daily affairs. Work closely with all departments and coordinate business activities to ensure the smooth running of the business. Support the business development team to ensure consistent and timely core services are provided to customers and assist in formulating plans to achieve the Business Unit's goals. Oversee and co-ordinate internal processes involving other business units for customer inquiries, investigations and escalations. Guide the team to meet sales targets. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently and solve problem if there is pending issue. Assist Director in planning and executing company brand/product marketing activities across channels in collaboration with marketing team and sales team. Oversee retail POSM and seasonal promotions on/offline together with marketing team and business development team. Carrying out other operational assignments and administration duties as directed. Responsible for training new comers. Ad-hoc tasks assigned Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Business Studies / Administration / Marketing/ Commerce / Secretary or equivalent. Candidate with working experience in FMCG company / Retail / Business Development / Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage. Good command in English & Mandarin. Ability to communicate in other foreign language will be added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Proactive, independent, highly organized with strong attention to detail. Pleasant personality, diligent and presentable in speaking. Able to multitask and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn and to take up new responsibilities. Able to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Must be able to travel overseas.
