Details of the offer

Job Scope:
- Provide a full range of personal assistant duties to director
- Provide general administrative support and assistance to the director
- Plan and manage the director schedule including scheduling meeting, appointments and travelling arrangement
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staff and business partners
- Handling day-to-day tasks and provide professional secretarial assistance to the director
- Transmit directives, instructions, assignments and follow-up with the respective parties
Requirement:
- Possess a Degree in Management/Secretarial/Administration or its equivalent
- Experience in the related field is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and be flexible
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good command of both written & spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills and able to prioritize work
- Able to meet deadlines with ease in a professional manner
