Personal Banker

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for marketing Bancassurance products at bank branch- To build relationships with bank customers for up-selling and providing professional personal financial advisory services- Engage in sales and marketing event at the bank- Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top-ups.**Requirements**:- For SPM holders must obtained 5 passes and at least 3 years related sales working experience- Like to meet new people and do not resist in canvassing for sales- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Attractive remuneration scheme including basic salary, variable income (sales incentive + bonuses) and incentive trip reward.**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shift- Holidays- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Experience**:- banking product sales: 1 year (required)
