**Responsibilities**:- Drive the assigned individual to appointments, meetings, airports, or other locations as required, ensuring punctuality.- Provide day-to-day transportation for the Director and family members to various destinations, including office, appointments, school, and events.- Execute additional tasks such as picking up and delivering items, running errands, and maintaining confidentiality of the Director and family information.- Perform assigned duties diligently and professionally, responding promptly to emergencies to ensure the safety of the Director and family.- Undertake maintenance tasks on the assigned vehicle, scheduling repairs and regular maintenance with Director and Company approval.- Maintain records of vehicle maintenance history, and petrol consumption, and address defects or issues promptly.- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.- Perform routine checks on the oil, brakes, water, lights, and tire conditions of the assigned vehicle.- Ensure all vehicle documents and licenses are in order while strictly adhering to safety measures and traffic rules during driving.- Adhere strictly to company rules, policies, directives, traffic regulations, and speed limits.- Fulfill any other relevant tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Director.**Job Requirements**:- Familiarity with Klang Valley and the City Centre of Kuala Lumpur, possessing a good sense of direction.- Clean driving records, punctuality, patience, and a positive problem-solving attitude.- Well-disciplined, properly groomed, and with a courteous and humble personality.- Basic to advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance and services.- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.- Possess a valid Class D driving license with a clean track record; ability to operate different vehicle types (Sedan, MPV, SUV) is an advantage.- Willingness to work overtime, on weekends, and public holidays when needed.- Availability for outstation travel is an advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Holidays- Monday to Friday- On call- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)License/Certification:- Driving license (Class D) (required)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
