**Key Responsibilities**:**A) Safe Transportation**:- Safely and responsibly operate the assigned vehicle to transport designated individuals to and from their destinations.- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, road regulations, and company policies.- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing regular inspections and adhering to scheduled maintenance.**B) Personal Assistance**:- Assist with personal tasks and errands as assigned by the individual(s) being transported.- Handle luggage, packages, and other items, ensuring their safe transport and delivery.- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with personal matters.**C) Office-Related Tasks**:- Assist with general office duties such as mail handling, document delivery, and errands related to office operations.- Perform basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.- Assist with minor office maintenance, such as replenishing supplies and ensuring the cleanliness of designated areas.**D) Schedule Management**:- Maintain a reliable schedule to ensure timely arrivals and departures for appointments, meetings, and other engagements.- Coordinate with the individual(s) being transported to plan routes and manage the daily schedule effectively.**E) Communication and Reporting**:- Maintain effective communication with the individual(s) being transported and promptly report any changes, delays, or incidents that may arise during transportation.- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.- Maintain sufficient battery charge in mobile phone and remain reachable while working.**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- EIS- Medical Insurance- Personal Accident Insurance- 14 days Annual Leave (on monthly earned basis of 1.17 days per month)- 14 days of Medical Leave- Company Phone and Phone Line- Overtime and Outstation Allowance**; Requirements: - Qualifications and Skills**:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Proven experience as a personal driver or in a similar driving role.- Familiarity with local traffic laws and road regulations.- Good knowledge of the area and efficient route planning abilities.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.- Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to a schedule.- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry items as required.- Punctuality, reliability, and a high level of personal integrity.- Able to work long hours including weekends, public holidays and fit to drive at odd hours
