We are pleased to provide numerous platforms and experiences to who join our company for their career.What we are looking for in Personal Trainers1. Highly motivated and passionate about fitness2. Knowledgeable about different workouts and exercises3. Friendly and enjoy working and interacting with people4. Excellent communication skills with a good command of English- Proactively conduct orientation sessions or exercise sessions for beginners and first-time gym goers- Learn and conduct exercise sessions to engage gym members.- Effectively assists in all member enquiries, complaints and requests.- Ensure proper administration of the gym, such as:- Sign up or cancel memberships.- Disallow non-members or those with outstanding payment.- Collect and record all payments.- Investigate and communicate accordingly if fouls are committed.- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of gym environment.- Ensure equipment are functioning and well-maintained, take corrective actions if they are not.- Ensure gym rules are respected and take corrective actions if they are not.- Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your direct Supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own.- Contribute towards delivering a great experience to members and guests.Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Monday to Friday- Night shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 04/29/2024
