**What we are looking for in Personal Trainers**1. Highly motivated and passionate about fitness2. Knowledgeable about different workouts and exercises3. Friendly and enjoy working and interacting with people4. Excellent communication skills with a good command of English- Proactively conduct orientation sessions or exercise sessions for beginners and first-time gym goers- Learn and conduct exercise sessions to engage gym members.- Effectively assists in all member enquiries, complaints and requests.- Ensure proper administration of the gym, such as:- Sign up or cancel memberships.- Disallow non-members or those with outstanding payment.- Collect and record all payments.- Investigate and communicate accordingly if fouls are committed.- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of gym environment.- Ensure equipment are functioning and well-maintained, take corrective actions if they are not.- Ensure gym rules are respected and take corrective actions if they are not.- Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your direct Supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own.Contribute towards delivering a great experience to members and guests.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Gym membershipSchedule:- Evening shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsExpected Start Date: 07/20/2023
