Petrol Station Manager

Petron Petrol Station at Kemayan, PahangJob Responsibilities:1. Supervise a team of operational staffs to support daily station operations.2. Schedule and assign employee's duty roster and ensure the staffs meet the operational requirement.3. Provide training to employee to build and sustain a high performing team.4. Responsible to take care the assets, report any damages.5. Ensure the station daily operations go smooth and well.6. Manage back-office data analysis7. Prepare daily/monthly reporting for the station8. Stock management and ordering for fuel and merchandise9. Team schedule and shift10. Prepare daily sales reconciliation report11. Assist dealer/account admin in preparing accounting reports12. Ensure station operations comply with the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) policies as per Petron's standards and requirements, and the local authority requirements13. Perform and drive activities in maintaining and upkeeping the petrol station building and equipment14. Any other task being assigned as and when required.Job Requirements:Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree5 years working experiences in retail, preferably with petrol station exposure.Computer literate.Excellent communication and strong leadership.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
