This Job is for Men only**Key Responsibilities**:**Customer Engagement**:Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.Assist customers in selecting pet products and provide expert advice on pet care.**Sales and Product Knowledge**:Promote and upsell pet products to meet or exceed sales targets.Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to guide customers effectively.**Inventory Management**:Ensure proper stocking, labeling, and organization of pet supplies.Monitor and report on inventory levels and product expiration dates.**Pet Care and Welfare**:Prioritize the health and well-being of animals in the store.Report any concerns regarding the welfare of animals to the appropriate personnel.**Store Maintenance**:Keep the store clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.Assist in creating attractive product displays and promotional setups.**Cash Handling**:Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.**Customer Service Excellence**:Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.**Team Collaboration**:Work effectively as part of a team and assist in training new employees.Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.**Qualifications**:- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.- Passion for and knowledge of pets and pet care.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Cash handling experience is a plus.- Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 05/01/2024
