**Responsibilities**:- Assist the research, ideation, and development of new health supplement products from conceptualization to launch, considering market trends, consumer needs, and scientific research.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with industry trends and scientific studies to identify opportunities for new product development or improvement.- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality raw materials and ingredients for product development while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements, certifications, and quality standards in the health supplement industry.- Work closely with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to align product development strategies with business objectives and timeline.- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product development processes, including formulation records, specifications, and regulatory documentation. Generate reports on project progress and findings.- Solves complex and varied problems utilizing a broad disciplinary perspective to identify solutions.- Coordination of multiple studies, including coordination with various departments, patients, locations. Working within various systems to capture all data (electronic databases, patient records, patient payments and status logs).- Completion and maintenance of regulatory documentation (NPRA Registration, amendments to protocol, laboratory binder, source documents).- Performs other duties as required.**Requirements**:- PhD holder in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.- Proven experience in product development within the health supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry.- Strong knowledge of health supplement formulation, ingredients, regulations, and industry standards.- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret scientific data and research findings.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Proficiency in using software for formulation, data analysis, and project management.- A passion for innovation, staying updated with industry trends, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
