Physiotherapist

**Responsibilities**:- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including muscle strength, range of motion, and functional abilities.- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients' goals.- Implement various physiotherapy techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy(our main approach), therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy.- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and lifestyle modifications.- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.- Communicate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.- Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy research and techniques through continuing education and professional development.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.- Certified Physiotherapist (minimum 2 years of clinical experience)- Prior experience working as a Physiotherapist preferred.- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant software.- Require basic skills in Manual Therapy- Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyOther Benefits:- KWSP, SOCSO & EIS- Training provided- Mileage claim & Vehicle allowance ( Every 1000 km)- Additional Leave(Birthday leave, Pilgrimage Leave, Compassionate leave, Disaster Leave)- Opportunity to join Wellness Event (Wellness Bazaar)Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,400.00 per monthExpected hours: No less than 40 per week**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- On callSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime payAbility to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024
