**Description**:A Business Process Senior Consultant will act as a trusted partner to our customers on their journey to the cloud, from scoping and planning of the initial deployment to continuous value engineering. The Senior Consultant role requires a deep understanding of the cloud business model, processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer delight.**Essential Functions**:- Understand and practice a value-based "fit to standard" delivery approach.- Drive the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey.- Operational Management.- Change management skills to manage and actively drive expectations during the customer lifecycle.- Responsible for high-quality delivery in all assigned S/4HANA Cloud customers.**Essential Functions (Continued)**:**Required Qualifications**:- Over 8 years' experience in implementing on-Prem ERP solutions in a Project System, Sales & Distribution, FI/CO, Materials Management.- SAP S/4HANA configuration experience with end-to-end experience in Implementations.- ACTIVATE methodology knowledge.- Domain expertise: FICO/Finance or MM/Procurement or SD/Sales or Professional Services.- Good communication & presentation skills - both written and verbal.- Customer-facing experience in a consulting capacity.**Desired Qualifications**:- Experience in Cloud solutions (Roadmaps, Security, Integration).- Extensibility with SAP HANA Cloud Platform (APIs, OData, RESTFUL).- SAP S/4HANA Certification.- S/4HANA Cloud project experience will be prioritized.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)**:- Good command of the English language.- Expertise in the configuration and implementation of related on-premise modules.
