Job Title: Business Context and Main Purpose of the JobLocation: MalaysiaBusiness Context and Main Purpose of the JobLead & deploy global capability programs in SC area for digitalization (eg. RTVA, Power BI, process simplification & etc);Provide insights on efficiency, deep-dive analysis of specific categories to propose improvement areas by benchmarking externally;Monitor & continuously implement improvement in Master Data Management (MDM) operations with MDM HubLead in projects (eg. MDM improvement, Finance transition project (e-invoice), new warehouse setup & etc).Main AccountabilitiesIdentify & run Excellence project (focus on inventory, business and FAFB improvement) that is identified as high-impact, such as but not limited to standardizationFacilitate the exchange of best practices regionallyWork closely with MDM team on daily operations issues, master data hygiene and performance trackerHelp by facilitating key user testing in systemDay to day operation (eg. Preparing memo for write off, monthly provision submission to finance, facilitate governance call & etc)Run & submit monthly cash up to finance by working with Demand Planners (DPs) on validation before submissionFollow up with planning team on monthly KPIs forecast submission (eg.
