**Key Responsibilities:- **- Establish, maintain & improve Engineering Maintenance Planning & Scheduling;- Scope the full extent of Maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant Repair Preventive Maintenance / Predictive Design - out activities on the origination plant & equipment;- Plan daily/weekly/monthly/yearly Plant Maintenance & Service major in Mechanical discipline;- Plan for Schedules Shutdown / Downtime includes of Maintenance tasks, Manpower Planning, Material requires and Manhours booking into Production Plan;- Prepare work packages for every Planned Maintenance activity inclusive of Repetitive Maintenance, Develop Cost & Time Estimation of Planned Maintenance work;- Propose & prepare applicable Maintenance Procedures that promote defect free of maintenance work quality- Responsible for up-keep & accuracy of Equipment Maintenance History & Work Order records database using On-Key System;- Convert the Organizational Assets Management & Maintenance Strategy into workplace equipment;- Executive Root Cause Analysis with End Users to solve Troubleshooting / Breakdown issues;- Raise Purchase/ Material Requisition, liaise with Procurement Dept. & End Users, Supervise required material to assist with Maintenance activity;- Plan & arrange activity related with equipment maintenance to enhance Asset & Plant Accessibility, Plant Availability & Competence supporting site production supplies;- Coordinate & liaise with Procurement & Warehouse Department to rebuild spare for equipment through external suppliers;- Ensure KPI are captures & reported for Equipment Reliability, Maintenance Department performance & Maintenance Planning business flow process;- Keep the Maintenance Software functional & effective- Collect Engineering Drawings, Manuals & other documentation to assist Managers / Contractors for maintenance repair or modification- Keep the Change of Management information stored in database- Provide assistance for least amount production downtime- Execute modification in Maintenance Records & Key assets with significant spares during setting apt reorder levels along with quantity- Support department's compliance to any lean Manufacturing goals & objectives.- Provide assistance to Engineering for spare parts preparation & PM lists for new equipment;- Provide technical assistance for supporting entire on-site Maintenance activity;- Support and comply proactively with all HSSE, SOP & Organizational goals & objectives.- To undertake any other job assigned by direct Superior/Management from time to time to ease the Engineering Maintenance business flow.**Why Join Us?
