Planner

To assist production planner in overall production planning control schedule. To plan, update and distribute the production schedule to all concerned. Control & monitor the the over excess material usage, steel palletainers, wooden pallets & child parts. To submit daily inventory updates at each work station & finished goods report to production planner. To ensure customer satisfaction in delivery at all times and at minimum cost. To work closely with production & purchasing on all related to child parts, finished goods, aluminium ingots, & consumables in ensuring stock level of stock inventory is enough to run as per the production schedule and stored accordingly. To initiates work discussion session with all concerned to achieve output and quality through optimum available resources at minimum cost. To prepare the flowcards and issued to production a week before production and to submit the purchase order status weekly.
