Bayan Lepas, Penang- MYR 3000 - 4500**Qualifications**:- Degree in any discipline.**Requirements**:- Able to communicate in English and BM orally and written.- Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office (outlooks/word/excel/power point).- Knowledge in ERP (bonus).- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.**Job Descriptions**:- Using knowledge in excel, to download orders backlog from sharepoint and massage the data to become daily worksheet.- Do the analysis and execute the task for production to start build the unit.- Do the analysis to monitor the whole backlog and execute for pull in orders to meet monthly revenue target.- Execute daily monitoring on the unit readiness and ensure it is ship within the agreed ship date.- Execute daily material triggering to CM and follow up to avoid no AOS issue.- Having knowledge in Oracle (can be achieved via training).- Using above knowledge, to check on supply demand to ensure all forecast and demand are at optimum level.- Able to execute few small projects to further enhance knowledge and experience in planning environment.- Able to provide few reports based on model in charge.
