Qualifications : - Degree holder in Mathematics, Statistics, Business or any related field- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Requirements : - Excellent comprehension and good writing and communication skills- Must be good in mathematics- Highly computer literate and very familiar with word-processing, database and spreadsheet applications- Team player and mature - Basic escalation management skill - Able to cope with changing and fast paced environment - Highly efficient and organized with good planning skills Job Descriptions : - Help to expedite shipment in meeting the schedule ship date (SSD)- Deal with Order Management Team, Planner and Logistics to achieve shipment process- Re-act promptly with open issues for smooth shipment- Co-ordinate and schedule production of different production lines, as will as acknowledge orders and ensure timely delivery of products- Resolve problems and work effectively with cross-functional teams- Manage and tracking of Arrival set and ship set to ensure smooth shipment Probe on the cause of re-ack and providing solutions to Order Management Team- Monitor ISQA and ISQF issue, involve with parties to solve ISQA and ISQF issues
