Planning & Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the order fulfilments to support company activities, which includes sourcing for the best pricing and terms & conditions, managing supplier performance, meeting with suppliers and ensure payment to suppliers is based negotiated terms and conditions
To assess suppliers based on cost, quality, services and availability of selection varieties
Direct and support daily management and prioritization of tasks to meet performance standards, production efficiency, cost, waste, safety, quality, sanitation and GMPs/ HACCP Protocols
Handling and resolving issues arising from time to time for tasks that are assigned
Schedule shipment of products to meet production due dates
Handle inbound shipment, including shipping documents, cost and issues that may arise
Plan and identify stock levels for materials, and to ensure that the stock levels are able to support the production
Establish an inventory management that is able to optimize the supply chain effectiveness to avoid over stock issue
Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior/ management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or other relevant fields
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, or product plant as a planning and procurement role
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
