Planning Representative

Bayan Lepas, Penang- MYR 3000-4500**Qualifications**:- Degree in any field- Intermediate Level with 3 years and above supply chain planning experience**Requirements**:- Excellent comprehension and good writing and communication skills- Fluency in English is needed- Team player and mature- Basic escalation management skill- Able to cope with changing and fast paced environment- Highly efficient and organized with good planning skills**Job Descriptions**:- Plans and coordinates end-to-end supply chain planning, including when goods should be produced and in what quantity, while optimizing the balance between customer delivery requirements and inventory levels.- Interfaces with Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, Customer Service and contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM) to compile, develop, validate and communicate production/shipment plans and associated strategies that support overall business objectives.- Uses enterprise resource planning (ERP) system(s) for processes such as inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process and workflow management, etc.- Establishes and manages relationships with suppliers/partners.- Perform production planning activities, eg, formulate build plans, release work orders/plan, expediting shipment- Scrub and evaluate material availability, inventory level- Work with CM, to pull in materials and products allocation- Work on customers expedite enquiries and order rescheduling- Maintain planning system attributes and settings- Support Division on supply chain analysis (eg backlog, demand), shipment projection
