This includes conducting regular safety inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.- **Production Planning and Scheduling**: To develop production plans and schedules in line with customer demand, inventory levels, and company objectives. To optimize production processes and maximize output while minimizing downtime and production costs.- **Quality Control**: Oversees quality control processes to ensure that products meet specifications and regulatory requirements. Monitoring production parameters, conducting quality inspections, and implementing corrective actions to address any deviations from standards.- **Resource Management**: Responsible for managing resources such as raw materials, energy, and labor effectively to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.- **Budgeting and Cost Control**: Involved in budget planning and cost control activities to ensure that the plant operates within budgetary constraints.
