Plantation Assistant Manager

In charged of field conductors and workers - Responsible for the management at least 400 acres - Report directly to Estate Manager - Supervise the daily operation in responsible area - Prepare and submit monthly plan to manager for approval by 28th of each month - Review and check Store Issue Note (SIN) requested by Field Conductors - Review daily plan of field conductor - Review and compile costing and comments from field conductors before submission to manager - Monitor muster session and certify muster chit - Address problem trees prompted by field conductor or workers - Arrange for repair and maintenance for all roads, field conditions - Arrange treatment for unhealthy durian trees"Durian Forest" is a modern and professionally run durian cultivation project of world's leading standards, which thrives on a green, health, high productivity and sustainable agriculture ecosystem.
