**Job Overview**Assist Plantation Manager in oil palm estate to manage overall daily plantation operations, both on site and office and ensure targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with Company's policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department/Plantation Manager. Preferably able to stay in estate quarters.- To manage overall daily plantation operations for both on site and office.- To ensure targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management.- To work closely with others plantation staff.- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Plantation Manager**Requirements**:- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia- Keen to make a career in Plantations Management- Willing to travel and possess class D & B2 driving license.- Knowledge in MSPO procedures is an added advantage.- Good leadership and communication skills.- High integrity, self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.- Good discipline and able to work independently as well as in a team.- Multitasking, able to meet deadlines and work under pleasure.**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Yearly bonusApplication Deadline: 07/17/2023Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
