**1.** **JOB BRIEF**Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the operations of planting activities, including managing workers, meeting projections and ensuring quality of work. They are also responsible for troubleshooting problems, resolving conflict and monitoring the performance of general workers. On-job training for workers is another vital part of this role.**2.** **RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND DUTIES**- Supervise a group of mandurs and general workers.- Determine number and kind of workers needed to perform required work, and schedules activities.- Inspect the work and quality of crops grown / harvested.- Ensure all mandurs and general workers have good understanding of safety regulations and the proper way to operate.- Ensure that all mandurs and general workers perform work in the correct manner and method which comply with company's SOPs and safety rules throughout the work period.- Identify problems that arise and report to management.- Assist in any other special/ ad-hoc assignment or operation works assigned by superior from time to time.**3.** **QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**- Have at least a diploma in agricultural studies or a related field from a recognized university; or- Have SPM with at least 1.5 years of work experience in the plantation/agricultural sector- Organized, proactive, result-oriented, and rigorous- Able to work independently- Team spirit- Strong communication and social skills- Potential to progress to a higher responsibility position- Ability to live in a remote environment**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to reside in a plantation site, which is a remote and rural area?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- field supervising: 3 years (preferred)License/Certification:- Motorcycle Driving License (preferred)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024
