Plantation Manager

Oversee 5000 acres of oil palm estates in Perak; administer and govern all daily estate operation; analyze and alter estate operations for better & improved result and performance; ensuring the estates are operating in optimum efficiency.Requirement:- Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent- At least 10 years experience in senior operational management capacity- Good in all aspects of oil palm estate operation, with MSPO and replanting knowledge- Computer literate, fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin- Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and matured individual who possess a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and desire to excel in the job- Leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Deadline: 07/15/2023Expected Start Date: 08/01/2023
