Plantation Supervisor

Planning and implementation of work schedules and programmes.- Able to co-ordinate and supervise work programs and workers, manage contractors effectively to meet targets set by management.- Perform any tasks / duties assigned by Estate manager or the Management.Job Requirements:- Able to work independently under mínimal supervision.- Having experiences working with plantation company is an advantage.- Additional monthly incentive plan will be given.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus
