**About NI****The Role**The **Tools Admin **works closely with the Product Owner and Process owner to understand business requirements related to the offering and product development process in order contribute ideas and input towards ongoing system improvements. This person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the systems including, but not limited to managing integrations and configurations, coordinating resolution of system issues, and assisting support teams with troubleshooting customer issues. Our platforms will be integrated with other technologies such as AzDO, Hyperion, Oracle, SSO, and SFDC, plus more in the future.The successful **Tools Administrator **is a vocal champion of our users who accelerates the delivery of our vision by systematically and carefully driving effective platform utilization and increased user satisfaction. They will be an important member of the BU stakeholder team and will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.**Responsibilities**- Configure and administer the technical components of Planview and similar tools.- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve escalated support issues.- Assists in testing new platform features as necessary.- Produce and maintain documentation for release processes, technology integrations and configurations to facilitate development and support efforts.- Serve as a technical point-of-contact for the project management and process team to advise on best practices in utilizing Planview and other tools and advise on the impact of platform updates.- Partner with the Product Owner to ensure successful deployment of the desired experiences through activities such as:- Evaluate Planview and other tool functionality to offer efficient, high quality, and scalable solutions that support business requirements.- Build a deep understanding of interdependent system and Planview and similar technologies to facilitate ongoing improvements.- Collaborate on the backlog of feature ideas.- Be actively engaged in project management meetings. Maintain daily work records and time on project tasks.**Specialized Knowledge & Skill Requirements**- BS in Information Technology, Business, or related field- 3+ years of demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.- Demonstrated experience with administration of web-based technology solutions including configuration-based functionality and customization with html, css, and other common web technologies.- Demonstrated experience working across stakeholder and delivery teams to execute requirements.- Demonstrated aptitude for systems-thinking, evaluating events in a larger context, and root cause analysis.- Strong background in unit, system, and user acceptance testing in conjunction with issue tracking and resolution processes.- Solid knowledge and understanding of how technology can enable impactful and effortless learning experiences.- Knowledge and understanding of instructional design processes and tools is preferred but not required.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery.- Experience with SFDC Administration.- Knowledge of Planview Administration and or Kimble Administration is a plus!L1-YT1
