Plc Programmer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop PLC and HMI programming (Allen Bradley / Siemens / Omron/ Mitsubishi / Keyence) and PC base software as project requirements.- Participate in control system requirement analysis.- Involved in drafting functional specifications and detailed design specifications.- Work closely with designers, sub-contractors, and other departments to explore new automation solutions as well as troubleshoot and resolve system errors.- Conduct internal hardware and software integrated testing and factory acceptance tests.- Conduct wiring of electrical control panels and equipment.- Conduct system integration, testing & commissioning, and site acceptance tests at the customer's site when required.- Ensure on-time completion of commissioning activities.- Provide post-technical support to installed systems.- Execute one or more industrial project automation in parallel.JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Industrial Automation / or relevant field of studies.- Must have practical experience in PLC Programming.- Knowledge in the field of Industrial Automation or a similar field is a plus.- Knowledge of PLC programming tools such as Siemens Step7, TIA portal, Allen-Bradley RSLogix5000, Studio5000, or Omron CX Programmer will be an advantage.- Dynamic team player with interpersonal skills.- A resourceful individual with good organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.- Able to work as a team, independently, and meet deadlines.- Able to work under minimum supervision.- Articulate in communication (English) and with good writing skills.- Willing to travel and work on overseas projects.
